This beautiful sky blue 80s blouse gives me major Blanche from "Golden Girls" vibes. It's lightweight and flowy with bishop sleeves (meaning the sleeves flare out but are gathered at the cuff). The embroidered details around the neck and sleeves are in excellent condition. The original tag advises to dry-clean only. 100% polyester. Plus Size 1X, however this piece can definitely be styled as tunic by someone who wears a Large or XL.
